Roles and Responsibilities
- 8-12 years of experience in PeopleSoft Finance with deep knowledge on module like AP, PO, GL, AM, e Supplier, Supplier contracts, e Settlement, Cash Management, e-Procurement, e-Purchasing
- Good understanding of PeopleSoft Order to Cash cycle, Procure to Pay cycle from Configuration, Integration with Sub-modules and security standpoint.
- Leads functional analysis to document complex process steps, tasks and their inter- relationships
- Translates SME information into a form understandable by the development team. Facilitate requirements gathering and documentation efforts, specifically in the specified areas
- Provide functional expertise to fix the issues, analyze the requirements and enhancements.
- Consult with and guide team owners to document requirements, design, development, testing and production launch.
- Identify the pain points and recommend best practices to address the issues.
- Perform functional process impact assessment.
- Coordinate with Oracle for bug fixes in delivered product.
- Understand requirements and create functional specifications and seek clarifications as needed.
- Execute assigned tasks tickets and produce deliverables.
- Co-ordinate with Incident management team and monitor the incident resolution within defined SLAs.
- Suggest and implement Automations and process Improvement ideas.
- Analyze customizations and facilitate fit/gap analysis. Document and refine functional requirements to include: prioritization, elimination and consolidation.
- Document requirements for internal and external interfaces, reporting, workflow and security for procurement business processes.
- Document functional Use Test Cases and scripts. Identify, document and escalate risks and issues.
