Roles and Responsibilities

  • Exposure to Dynamics 365 CRM and functional consultant for MS Dynamics CRM implementations with hands-on implementation of marketing, sales & service modules.
  • Specialized knowledge in Dynamics CRM in a solution development discipline to conceptualize, design, configure, testing, optimize systems that enable and support business functions.
  • Played role in Test Planning, Performance test planning, Integration Testing, Resource planning for the projects which are using MSD CRM Implementation.
  • Can handle and optimize CRM Performance related issues.
  • Well Versed with Microsoft CRM product features and capabilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Configurations including creating entities, fields and establishing relationships between entities.
  • Conducts user research and creates narrative about how customers or users interact with a business and how the new designs or design improvements will help them.
  • Microsoft D365 implementation and heavy integrations experience
  • Possess both functional and technical expertise.
  • Business analysis and process engineering skills a plus.
  • Documenting the key features in Dynamics 365 and provide knowledge transfer to enhance the competency of Microsoft Dynamics CRM resources.
  • Assist another project team in fit/gap analysis and propose the solutions.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the MS Dynamics CRM platform and evaluating business processes against the standard D365 CRM Business Analyst functionality, related customizations, configuration, and reports to model the client’s organizational process.
  • Advise stakeholders on best practices for Dynamics 365 CRM development.
