Roles and Responsibilities

• Must have implementation knowledge with MS Dynamics 365 CRM- Sales/Service.
• Ability to do configuration in MS Dynamics 365 CRM for Sales/Service.
• Actively involved in the integration projects and third-party products.
• Prepare installation/ configuration and documentation.
• Develop data migration programs.
• Design, develop, test, and implement MS Dynamics 365 CRM Sales/Service Solutions.
• Research complex problems find optimal solutions and implement them considering best practices.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the MS Dynamics 365 CRM Sales/Service platform and evaluating business processes against the standard CRM functionality, related customizations, configuration, and reports to model the client’s organizational process.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices for Dynamics 365 CRM Sales/Service, development, or integration processes.
• Working knowledge of D365 CRM Apps, Azure
