- Configuration and development for deployment of JIRA IT Service Management.
- Knowledge of working on JIRA Software or JIRA IT Service Management is a must.
- Knowledge of working on Confluence is essential.
- Ability to set up forms, workflows, notifications.
- Integrate JIRA Confluence and JIRA Service management.
- Perform application and system administration tasks, including data backups and scheduled jobs.
