Roles and Responsibilities
- Understanding of Time and Labor Rules and Time Administration processing with implementation experience
- Time and Labor functional configuration experience, including: time reporter data, time reporting work groups, task templates, codes, schedule groups, time reporting rules and templates with ability to troubleshoot issues related to processing and interfacing into Payroll and Human Resources.
- Experience with labor contracts and best practices for implementing complex time and pay calculations
- Configured new Pay groups, Eligibility Groups, Calendars, Paid/Unpaid Entitlements and designed complex accrual processing rules to accommodate transfers, leave of absence, employees on long term leaves/disabilities/worker’s compensation etc. Setup Absence Integration configurations with Time & Labor and Payroll.
- Execute processes in a production environment for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly payroll cycles
- Server as a subject matter expert for Time and Labor
- Someone who can execute fit/gap, configuration, design, testing, training and lead
the customer through the project for their needs. - Prepare Functional Designs for Conversions, Reports and Customizations related to Time & Labor.
- Create and review system test scripts extensively on Time & Labor modules.
- Work extensively on Leave Balance Conversions, custom Absence Upload Interface, Time and Labor conversions and some critical Reports.
- Review conversion results/errors and provided feedback.
- Develop custom Reports, Interfaces, Conversion programs and Extensions to support payroll implementation.
- Conduct sessions on Time & Labor for the project team.
- Preparing training material and reviewing them.
- Responsible for tracking, fixing, documenting, and closing the defects identified during system testing of Time & Labor features.
- Responsible to review deliverables and meet deadlines and quality.
