Roles and Responsibilities
- Must have implementation knowledge with MS Dynamics 365 CRM- Sales/Service.
- Ability to do configuration in MS Dynamics 365 CRM for Sales/Service.
- Actively involved in the integration projects and third-party products.
- Prepare installation/ configuration and documentation.
- Develop data migration programs.
- Design, develop, test, and implement MS Dynamics 365 CRM Sales/Service Solutions.
- Research complex problems find optimal solutions and implement them considering best practices.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of the MS Dynamics 365 CRM Sales/Service platform and evaluating business processes against the standard CRM functionality, related customizations, configuration, and reports to model the client's organizational process.
- Advise stakeholders on best practices for Dynamics 365 CRM Sales/Service, development, or integration processes.
- Working knowledge of D365 CRM Apps, Azure
